
The HealthSteps Stress Management program is essential for those individuals who are currently experiencing difficulties associated with stress and / or are currently living a stressful lifestyle and looking to regain some life balance.

These HealthSteps mental health programs are more brief than the clinical programs. Most of the programs are 4 weeks in duration, except for the stress management program which runs for 6 weeks. Programs are available for depression, stress, anxiety, relationships, coaching and conflict management. |
